Remind Yourself Before a Screenshotted Coupon, Ticket or Booking Expires

You screenshot a coupon and remember it only after it expires. A booking confirmation sits in Photos until the day you need it. Your photo library will not warn you about a deadline.

Who this is for

People who keep coupons, movie tickets, train tickets, hotel and restaurant bookings and warranty slips as screenshots, and anyone who has to sort out expense claims at month end. These shots have a shelf life, and Photos only sorts them by date taken, so it never speaks up before they lapse.

What is free and what costs money

The price is shown in the app. Free features are not taken away if you do not buy.

Setting an expiry reminder

  1. Open the coupon or booking screenshot in ScreenStack.
  2. Set a reminder date for it, for example two days before the coupon expires.
  3. At that time the app sends a notification, so you do not have to remember.

You set the date yourself rather than the app guessing it from the image, so a misread date cannot produce a wrong reminder.

Batch export for expense reports

The wallet can export recognized receipt fields to a spreadsheet by date range. At month end you do not have to flip through images and retype numbers. The fields come from on-device text recognition, so double-check the important amounts before you submit.

Clearing what has already expired

Pro's smart cleanup reads the content and flags dead verification codes and expired tickets and coupons so you can confirm and clear them. Clearing is two steps: first the item moves to the in-app trash without touching the original in Photos, and only a permanent delete triggers the iOS confirmation. See trash and undo.

FAQ

Is the reminder feature free?

No. The credential wallet is part of ScreenStack Pro, a one-time purchase with no subscription. Import, sorting, search and basic cleanup stay free forever, and no existing feature is taken away.

Are reminders set automatically?

No. You choose a reminder date for a specific screenshot, and the app notifies you at that time.

Give expiring screenshots a date, and get reminded in time.
